It bears a striking resemblance to what happened to Jet Blue this past week, when a snowstorm caught them ill-prepared and put the whole airline in chaos for days. In my case, it was personal health issues, and my mother's declining health that gave me a One-Two punch in the productivity organ.

I have apologized more times than I can remember, and I continue to offer my regrets to those who were inconvenienced by my situation. I will reply individually to all customers, I am just trying to get the info out to as many as fast as possible.

This week I shipped out 10 orders, and am working on 2 microphones on the workbench. I hope to get to another 15 orders and finish the mics over the weekend.

Sure, you can rip me on eBay and degrade a reputation that I worked almost 10 years to maintain at 100% feedback, but that will not help anything. More likely, it would cause me to just shut down Micdoctor until everything in my life is stable.

To make amends to those customers that have been inconvenienced, I am holding a raffle. Each order will contain a Ticket with a number on it. I have the stubs. I will decide on the prize by the end of this short month of February, and update the site with my decision. It depends on how much understanding feedback I get. Micdoctor will hold a drawing on April Fool's Day (4/1/2007) and the winner will be notified by email and posted on Micdoctor.com and maybe on my eBay blog located at http://blogs.ebay.com/micdoctor
