Shure 55 Corner
No other microphone has endured the lifespan of the Shure 55. While still in production today, the infatuation with owning a piece of history drives collectors to collect the older models, and restore them to operable condition when possible. I have devoted another site to the Shure 55, www.shure55.com, which will have most of my 55 information in the future.
This site will focus on all things 55-Centric. Topics will include history, classification, restoration/refurbishment and just plain enjoyment.
